**Q: Does this work with windows xp?**
A: If you're still using Windows XP, you should probably buy a new PC before worrying about a new printer

**Q: will this printer work with other software, or will it only work with card image software?**
A: The printer includes a Windows driver. Will work with any Windows program

**Q: I request to print more than one copy on the printer but it will only print one at a time.  Why won't it print my 10 cards at one time?**
A: Please call our tech suport at 630-739-6546. If you request 10 copies it will print 10 copies.

**Q: Will this print dual-sided cards? And in portrait or landscape?**
A: Yes it will print both vertical and horizontal formats.

Very nice and clear colors and print. Recommend. I was making cards using a laminating machine and this is much better and worth the price.
