Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 software version 8.2.0 (latest) Disney+ app version 1.10 (latest) Still no HDR nor Atmos available when trying to play content that should support it. Only HD and 5.1 available. But the fix and/or work around was this. Go to: Settings --> Device Preferences --> Display & Sound --> Resolution It was set at the top option: "4k 59.940Hz (default)". I had set it to the third option: "4k 23.976Hz HDR10 Ready" Once I set this option, I was able to get the Disney+ content in HDR and Dolby Atmos without issue. However the reason I think this might be more of a work around than a fix is because my Sony XBR75X800G 'should' be able to support 4k 59.940Hz. It doesn't have Dolby Vision (though I wish it did. :( ) but does support HDR10. Anyway, hope this little piece of information is helpful to some. If anyone has any additional info as to why this is or anything new that might be a better solution, I would love to hear it.
