I asked for a replacement and they told me to mail back the original screen first. Initially everything worked except I noticed my screensaver looked washed (colors were faded)! the next several days, I also noticed, when i took pics, the colors were also washed! about a week after install, i noticed vertical banding on the screensaver. the vertical bands would come and go so i still gave it a chance. 3weeks after install, the touchscreen just stop working! i completely disassemble and reconnected the micro cables but still the same issue. tried to hard reset my iphone but touch screen would still not function.I initially bought this based on the positive reviews but also noticed most of the positive reviews were just after it was install and NOT necessarily long term.
