Review: Terrible unit and even worse customer support - Unit broke down after 2 years of light use. Polyscience refuses to even discuss the unit it; they simply pawn you off to Breville. Breville offered no trouble shooting of any kind, simply said the only course of action was to send in the unit for repair for a flat fee of $250 regardless of the issue to be repaired. I asked for a technical guide, cut sheet, or parts blow out for reference and was told there is nothing for customers of that nature. Both Polyscience and Breville should be ashamed of this scam.

Unit broke down after 2 years of light use. Polyscience refuses to even discuss the unit it; they simply pawn you off to Breville. Breville offered no trouble shooting of any kind, simply said the only course of action was to send in the unit for repair for a flat fee of $250 regardless of the issue to be repaired. I asked for a technical guide, cut sheet, or parts blow out for reference and was told there is nothing for customers of that nature. Both Polyscience and Breville should be ashamed of this scam.
