The Rough Country Rear CV Drive Shaft (model 5075.1) is a heavy-duty, double cardan style shaft designed for 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ models with 4-6" suspension lifts. It features an adjustable length from 14.25" to 17.75", upgraded CV joints with premium seals, and is twice as strong as the factory shaft. Compatible with Dana 35 and Dana 44 rear axles (with slip yoke eliminator), it eliminates driveline vibration and enhances drivetrain longevity, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Fit perfectly for a 4 inch lift
Slid right in and gives you the bolts for the transfer case side. Went into my 97 tj with a slip yoke eliminator kit. Will update after I wheel it

great quality product
This driveshaft is just like me. Short and stout. I liked the heavy duty quality versus the oem product. Obviously, since this is a CV driveshaft meant to correct acute angle issues with connection to the trans case yoke, it's going to be a heavier duty mod, but it's exactly what you'd hope to get in a product like this. I loved that they came with new univ jnts as well. saved some cash there on the already reasonable price. This is your huckleberry if you're in a "drive shaft bind".

Fit 2005 TJ with 3-4” lift
Fit great. Paint was a little iffy but meh, it’s a Jeep.

Perfect for a 98 tj with a 4in lift, i love it!!!
I share my jeep with my ex (I'm Not a cold heartless person) and he had found this drive shaft for my 98 jeep wrangler tj. It is absolutely perfect. I have a 4in suspension lift kit on my jeep and this fits perfectly. Even tho my transmission is slightly higher because of my new belly pan it does not rub on any part. I love it so much!!

Great customer service.
Initial drive shaft was too short. Called customer service And had a longer one that fits great installed within 5 days. No cost to me. Keep it up rough country, and I’ll keep putting you’re parts in my Jeep lol.

Different than the photo binds up 6” lift
First of all the photos show external grease fittings, the one I got has fittings inside the side of the joint.because of the steep angle the fitting broke off , also it binds up with the yoke out of the transfer case. Very disappointing!!

"Used" Rough Country driveshaft.
Was skeptical at first buying "used." Part was new uninstalled, but had a lot of paint rubbed off of it. Has absolutely no effect of functionality. 100% satisfied.
