A: Yes, all cheese should be stored refrigerated.  You can leave it out at room temperature for a few hours to enjoy the best flavor and texture.

**Q: Can these cheese curds be frozen for future use? If so, for how long without losing their freshness?**
A: Hi RJ,  Yes, the curds can be frozen and would probably be fine with being frozen a few weeks.  When taking them out, refrigerate for a slow thaw.  They will not squeak like when first made but they are still fine to eat and use in cooking.  Thank you for your inquiry.  Peg @ Cheesers
