Gatorade Gx Bottle , Black, 30oz

My 8yr old son absolutely loves this Gatorade water squeeze bottle. It makes it super easy for him to squirt water in his mouth through his football helmet during practices and games. The quality is great. It is light weight. It holds a lot of water. It fits in a regular cup holder. He love the look and feel of it. Highly recommend.

Originally, I gave it two stars because it leaked when I first got the bottle, but after using it for a week or so and tightening the lid on as tight as I possibly could, it stopped leaking. I don’t use it for the pods. I just use it for water because I like the way it looks.

Me and my fiancé have purchased two of these. Now I love these and actually catch my self drinking more water, ect than usual. Now my complaint is the gaskets some times fall off or slip down a little. When that happens water will leak on you when tipping it. I’m not sure but I believe they came out with newer models that have fixed the gasket problem so I suggest looking into those. 6/10 purchase

Bottle is great love using this as my water bottle for practice. The lid works well. The size of the bottle could be bigger but its doable.

These are quite popular with kids and teens, especially young athletes, and I can see why. The bottles are attractive with many color options to choose from to suit your personality. The pod feature is both functional and fun, and although pods may seem expensive, they are really the same price as pre-bottled Gatorade. I buy them in bulk for a discount and that’s helpful. The insulation on the bottle is decent, especially with ice. We have some of those water bottle ice sticks, so I add one of those to the bottle at the beginning of the day. It keeps it cool through my son’s school + after school wrestling practice, with a couple refills of Gatorade or water throughout the day. We’ve found the 30oz size to be the perfect middle size - enough that you don’t have to refill too often, enough to last an entire sports practice, and not so large that it’s annoying to carry. Everyone loves the Gatorade test, but you can also just use it for water or other drinks. We save the Gatorade for sports practice and use water or drink mixes (crystal light) otherwise. I know some people have complained of leaking but we haven’t encountered that yet. This is our second bottle. We had the first one about a year before my son lost it - it didn’t leak and still performed as it should. He uses it everyday and hand washes it every evening. It’s been a good value for us and we really enjoy it.

Have held up well during multiple soccer and softball seasons. Fit in side pockets of bags. Make sure you let the inside part of the kids dry very well or it can become yuck.

I am disappointed with the plastic Gatorade used to make this product. The plastic is of poor quality. I would assume ,which you should not do, they did a durability test on the product. The plastic is too brittle. My water bottle dropped from knee height and crack at the bottom.This happened yesterday. It fell of the bench onto concrete and cracked badly. Gatorade cheaper water bottles are much more durable than this expensive water bottle. It’s did not last a month. My $30+$8 (Aussie dollar)for shipping was a waste of money. Also, it leaks at the top but it wasn’t as bad as some customers experience with the product. For how much the product cost the material quality should be of the highest quality. Hopefully, Gatorade rectify customer concerns.
