Endless customer service says they don't recognize Amazon order number. Pathetic experience and frustration. Its not worth 2k as well. It won't work after few days. Burnt smell comes from it Nd after a few days motor will burn and your problems with endless customer service will start. They will give you a run and you will be frustrated and throw this tread mill out of your house and will angrily eat your loss.
