Do not spend your money you wont get in shape with this *by A***R on April 29, 2020* This machine has the potential to be to be great if it were redesigned. The computer needs to be more user friendly, the handles need to slim down, it needs adjustable resistance in two forms you should be able to adjust the angle of the machine similar to a treadmill and you need to be able to adjust exertion needed to move machine like you do with bike. The parts need to be made of a material that is sturdier than plastic. The positions need to be able to adjust to the height and reach of an individual.
