How does this hat adjust? (Is it "one-size-fit-all" or does it really adjust?)

Very nice hat and easy to adjust .

What are the dimensions of this item?

An adult could wear it but you can adjust the size on the back of the hat. (Soffy I cannot be more specific but I do not have it at hand.)
