32 Quart Clear Plastic Stacking Storage Container Box with Latching Lid (4 Pack)

We live on the island of Maui, Hawaii and a very common thing here are ants, cockroaches and these tiny little black beetles (the size of a baby ant) that get into boxed or foods in plastic.After getting an infestation of all our boxed goods stored for hurricane season, all of which we had to throw out, I bought these bins... all I can say is these are amazing tubs! You can see through them, they’re light weight but not flimsy, they stack great and have great latching/snap locks for easy opening and closing... most importantly, the pesky critters can no longer access any of the food in our pantry... these bins have been a life saver for us!Aside from placing our food in these bins we’ve also replaced items we had stored in cardboard boxes and placed them in these bins... why, we get a lot of moisture on island and cardboard boxes don’t last long term and the cock roaches love them, whereas these bins will last forever... I can see what’s in them, critters (such as cockroaches, etc) can’t get in them and our things are protected.

Great storage boxes at a great price. Good size, weight, and durability. My only concern and the reason I only reason I gave this a 3 rating is that after sealing and storage for just a few weeks a unpleasant smell permeated everything in side the unit whether clothes, food, or even paper products. I have had them now for almost a year and still the odor lingers, most likely from the synthetic gasket used to mate the bin and the lid. Otherwise this would be a 5-star rating.

yo im gonna let you guys finish, but i wanted everyone to know that instead of $43.50,I got all 4 of these at "good" quality from amazon warehouse for $20.56.They fit snug under my bed with bed risers. So I can store stuff under there.Umm they got this "water / air vapor seal" around the edges. not sure what it does.they got handles unlike other ones that only clip on.

Shipped quickly, but when received one of the bins was cracked completely down the corner, making it unusable. One of the lids was also cracked, and chipped on the corner, making the edges sharp, still usable but there was no bin to match it. Another bin was completely missing one of the snap closures and the other one had completely broken off (at the plastic part on the bin making it unattachable) however, this bin is still usable. Overall, it works. Kinda annoyed they came broken but 100% was not worth the effort to try and return to get new ones.

I own dozens of these Sterilite gasket boxes in various sizes and shapes, and I can say that they are all that the manufacturer claims. They are heavy duty and airtight. They are also expensive, but I use them to store heavy items like tools, paint and hardware in my shop and they're the ONLY plastic storage boxes I've found that will actually stack 5+ high and not deform or topple over. Very sturdy! I've had some stacked for more than a year with heavy stuff in them with no sag or visible stress.They are also air- and water-tight. For example, a friend was gutting and rebuilding his house while living in a travel trailer. His wifi router was in the house and the signal wouldn't reach the trailer. I had him buy one of these, drill a hole in the side for the cables, and put the network equipment in the box. He put a little caulk around the hole, and for about a year that box took everything mother nature threw at it without a drop of moisture getting to his electronics.

This is poorly made...Won't last a week if moving them around.. Two Totes were already unusable on arrival.

Gasketed bins are the way to go for quality item storage. Mildew and insect resistant, this current design corrects falts in the previous versions with acheaving an air tight seals. If you are worried about condensation inside a bin packed in a humid environment and then stored in a cool/cold area, just through in a one of those inexpensive Gel Packs to suck up any humidity in the bin. I have never had trouble with condensation in very cool/cold storage. They are worth every penny of their extra cost.

Four of the eight containers were cracked so badly they are completely useless. I need gaskets that work for hurricane season. Half of my order had broken-off, missing corners and handles. There are also cracks the length of the box so I can't even use them for regular storage. The box they were in was fine so someone packed them this way.

I purchased the 4 pack of the 54 Quart bins in the fall for $86 with tax. I need to order more and noticed the price has SPIKED to $145. These bins are NOT WORTH $145 for 4. They are great bins at $20 a piece, but with the price increase I do not recommend. I do hope they bring the price back down.

So disappointed by these containers!I bought 4 containers and the foam inside all 4 of the container lids were broken...each and every one. I have bought the Sterilite brand of products in the past and was quite impressed, but based on these containers the brand's quality and workmanship has deeply diminished. The bright side is Amazon's customer service was superb!

Box the product was shipped in was fine. No visible damage. Upon opening there was broken plastic sitting on the top of the lids. The lids on the top were fine. The bottom two lids are broken on their corners and unusable. One of the bins itself is also broken. Considing the broken parts were on top this is clearly a return or repackaged box. Which means I was sent broken and unusable products that I paid $100 for. Absolutely ridiculous. Would recommend rolling the dice anywhere else.

They are bigger than I thought. I am using them to store out of season clothes and supplies in my garage. they are stackable, and you can see everything inside, so no need to label. They lock well and easy to carry, love them

1 of the 4 arrived significantly damaged, shattered into many pieces. Product return window had passed before I opened the box, leaving me with no recourse for a refund. Very dissapointing result for what should have been a high quality product.
