Are replacement blades available?

Unless they have changed the cutter those spares recommended here do not fit the Amazon Basics A3 the blades are 5mm smaller as well as the centre cut being a different shape and the cathedral carriage one the blade is 5mm out of line so the cu Also ting wheel is on the plastic ruler, I find it extremely poor that Amazon do not publish and recommend the spares for their own cutters I will not buy again better to buy the Cathedral one in future., so be warned when the wheel gets blunt you might as well throw it away.

Will it cut sticky backed vinyl?

It would depend on how thick the vinyl is. I cut about 12 sheets of paper at a time no problem
