GREAT product!!! I used it for my buttercream. They wanted a blueberry buttercream filling with a blueberry cake and I got feedback that the taste was spot on!!!! Tasted delicious for sure!!! Really very good product and quality!! Thank you!!!!

Berry delicious!
I initially tried a regular blueberry powder, but after switching to this organic version, I’m thrilled with the difference! I used this organic blueberry powder to make blueberry lemon macarons and flavored the shells. The result was fantastic with a delightful blueberry flavor that wasn't overpowering. Surprisingly, I used less of the organic powder than I did with the regular one, yet the flavor was more pronounced and vibrant. I made strawberry macarons using the strawberry powder, and those (the red macarons in the photo) were highly praised. The price is absolutely worth it for the quality and potency you get. If you're serious about baking or simply want the best flavor, I highly recommend this organic blueberry powder. It’s a game-changer for sure! Looking forward to trying more flavors!!

Why my bag didn't say "wild blueberry" ? It also doesn't say that it is raw...when I ordered it I specifically looked for wild blueberry powder and the description said it was but my bag don't have it written anywhere

A little goes a long way!!!
Used this for a recipe that called for freeze dried powdered blueberries. The recipe called for 2 ounces of the powder and let me tell you, that only an ounce to ½ an ounce was needed!!! The White Chocolate Blueberry Lasagna was a lot darker then it should have been, but still tasted great!!! So if your using this for a certain recipe, don't use to much, it'll go a long way!!!
