I absolutely love these bulbs. I leave the front lights on at night for our house. My husband leaves early in the mornings for work, so he needs the light to see. I have a son that comes home late in the night from work. So we just leave the lights on in front. Now when the sun comes up, the lights go out. I don't have to worry about turning them out or making sure they are on for my son to see when he gets home. Its perfect for our house schedule. The installation was pretty straight forward. I love the color of the bulbs because they are not super bright and blinding. Then they turn off and on when we need them. Super happy and wish I found these bulbs sooner.

Well, I just installed these today, but I will say the annoying flicker from the Torch whatever brand dusk to dawn bulb that's been present ever since I installed an awning in the back, is now gone with the Amazon Basics bulb. It's also bright. Like, REALLY bright. It brightens my whole backyard with one bulb, something the old brand did not do, despite appearing to be similar incandescence. The color is what I expected, and these bulbs fit normal sockets. Appearance? It looks good. We'll see how long this bulb lasts, the old one was up there for about five years and was still flickering away when I replaced it today. So far, I'm impressed. Seems to be very good value for the money. This is twice now, I've ordered Amazon bulbs and they've surpassed expectations.

4 stars cause bulb did't initially auto turn off in broad daylight it seemed to operated as a regular lightbulb. Left it on the first night & it turned off at dawn. Guess there's some kind of delay or it's set to turn on so buyer knows it's not blown out or bad. Good thing cause I'm disabled & unable to get the one I had installed down to return the set as defective. If that's the case they should included a paper explaining that.

Work perfectly on my outside light fixtures. So nice to not worry about remembering to turn off and on lights.

I love these bulbs. The light output is soft but effective. The price was also a big bonus! I would recommend these bulbs. I just ordered more for my other house.

DO NOT BUY - they flicker and occasionally turn off. I contacted Amazon and they would not help me / reimburse me since it’s outside of the return window (before I used the product). Very disappointed and will not be purchasing any Amazon items in the future.
