Premium 26 PC. Guitar Tech Screwdriver & Wrench Set

Recently I’ve been seriously elevating my guitar tech skills and upgrading my tools, and I’ve been on a bit of a MusicNomad kick because their quality has consistently impressed me. I started with their cleaning products and have since replaced several older tools with MusicNomad gear—and this set absolutely blew me away. This kit has every bit I need for setting up my bass, all packed into a compact, well-made aluminum case. The octopus design is incredibly clever, combining multiple wrench sizes into one tool while still feeling solid and precise in hand. An added bonus is that the octopus works with MusicNomad’s truss rod kit (not included) as well, which was a pleasant surprise and adds even more versatility. I previously tried small Craftsman screwdrivers, and while they were okay at first, I quickly realized the issue with small screwdrivers: you want a small bit, but a substantial handle. That combination is surprisingly hard to find, and the octopus absolutely delivers. The grip is comfortable and solid, and the thin extender makes it easy to reach bridge screws on instruments where the bridge sits deeper into the body—something regular screwdrivers struggle with. The bits have excellent magnetism, fit screws perfectly, and feel like they won’t strip hardware. I recently stripped a screw, which is what started my whole tool-upgrade journey, and I honestly wish I had started with this set. It would have saved me time and frustration. This kit also includes a very useful tool for popping off knobs, and unlike others I’ve used before, this one has protection to prevent damage to your instrument’s finish. I may not use it often, but it’s extremely valuable to have when needed. Overall, this set is an incredible value—well-made, easy to use,compact, versatile, and thoughtfully designed. From intonation to pickup height adjustments, it covers everything I need. I’m even considering buying a second octopus just to have an extra handle to use with the bit set.

MusicNomad Premium 26 PC. Guitar Tech If you own more than 1 Electric guitar or are around a lot of them, this is a great tool to have. It makes working on any brand of electric guitar easier. I also recommend the truss rod adjustment set. Cool idea I wish i would have thought of!

Great product

If you work on guitars these are essential and everything is in one nice little case. Love it and use it all the time.

First off, I already have a set of tools for my guitars (12 total. 4 bass, 8 guitars, all variously tuned from Standard to Drop-C). Secondly, I already have several Music Nomad supplies (Spanner wrench, single Octopus tool w/o the bits, Peg Winder, Tune-it, Mat and Cradle set) with more to be added to my maintenance tool kit for my "armory" (I don't consider myself and enthusiast anymore). Not much to say bout it. It came shrink wrapped with a label/sticker describing what it was. Well thought out, and comes with just about every screwdriver bit needed for a self set-up for a guitar (USA or Import). The Octopus replaces the socket set I have, and is soft enough to not scratch up the finishes on any of my guitars. Kinda wish the screwdriver was ratcheting type, but that's a preference and doesn't take away from the quality. The bit holder extension was a nice touch, along the the sturdy case. Hefty, and well built. Well done, MusicNomad.

I use this for everything, it's a great multi tool all around. Taking off one star though because it doesn't have the right size Allen key to properly work on Floyd Rose systems, which seems ridiculous to me. The 3mm is the only one that kind of fits the string lock screws and nut clamp screws, but it's slightly to small so it keeps stripping my nut clamp screws which is annoying, so I always have to keep a spare key around just for that when I should be able to use this for the whole process.

Well made and organized.

This kit is nearly perfect for working on guitars and basses. I have not found a fastener yet that this kit doesn't include the bit for. Add in the extras and the beautiful case and this kit is a real winner. It doesn't cover the hex keys and nut drivers you will need for truss rods. Music Nomad and Stew Mac both have kits for them. I mostly use the hex keys that came with instruments I purchased new.

The product is pure excellence! Precise parts and works!! If only they would be a bit reasonable with the price! I know quality has a huge tag but let not only the ones that can afford only purchase do make it affordable for students and upcoming musicians

In this tool set you have all the tools you need to maintain you guitars or instruments. You have different measures in the tools so you can work on different guitar and you will have the correct measure for it. also the quality is really good, you wont regret it.

Muy buen material como siempre en musicnomad, la llave para quitar las perillas de los potenciometros es excelente por que tiene una especie de recubrimiento de tela para que no raye el acabado, el case es súper bonito y de excelente calidad 10 de 10, yo lo compré para una Fender Stratocaster
