It's glow in the dark granules in a clear solution, and even that isn't very good. The granules are too scattered so it just looks like faintly glowing crumbs. Highly disappointed, don't waste your money on this. I realize a lot of this is my bad. I didn't read closely enough, sure, but it still doesn't make me less disappointed in the product as a whole. And I'm still warning other customers who are like me and hoping for something more substantial. Read everything.
