what are the inactive ingredients?

Light mineral oil and petrolatum

Will it work on psoriasis of the scalp?

I would work if you have scratched your psoriasis open and need to prevent an infection of the area. It will not work to get rid of the psoriasis itself. (I have Psoriatic Arthritis so I know about this).
