I bought this for my Colt officer as a temp grip until I decide what I want. I am a Hogue fan and these are very similar in feel and material. I would have no trouble keeping these. They are good grips. Sturdy and solid enough for everyday use. They were not as slim as I thought they would be and my standard screws fit, even though I bought "slim screws." I believe that is probably do to the addition of the finger groove option these are separate from the grip so you are able to use them or not, and if you choose a different grip you can transfer the finger groove to the new grips. I estimate the finger grooves add approx an 1/8" in thickness. Review: Adds control - Very comfortable.
