Not only was it super easy to put together, but once it was properly tightened in place, it was solid! No issues with the heavy bottles or the extra force from using the pump tops. I totally see why some people love it and some people dismissed it as junk. At first glance it seems very well made, but once you have it in place it does wiggle a little bit. So it feels like it's not very sturdy. We have a crowded house. 6 people to one shower, so it gets a beating.This one was purchased to replace the one we've had for over 10 years. That one was solid, the thing didn't move once it was in place so I was a little concerned and decided to give it a couple weeks trial. So far it is holding up against my crazy children and rowdy household.TIP: The instructions say "no tools necessary," but if you tighten the shelf brackets in place by hand it is hard to tighten them tight enough so that they don't move. My shelves slid down the pole just by putting 3 full bottles of soap on them.
