Rolson 11207 150 Mm Width Combination Pliers - Multi Color

Bought to remove a particularly difficult nut on an obsolete toilet seat, that seems like it was attached in the 1970's and was rusted solid. After a bit of WD40 to 'grease the wheels', the excellent grip on the handles, strong vice application of the 'teeth' on the tool end made a job, which proved impossible for two days with my old, inadequate tools, a lot easier with the result that I now have, (along with the use of an adjustable spanner also bought here, to remove a different plastic valve nut on the other side of the old seat - A. who uses two different types of nut to attach something in such an awkward place and B. WHY?) a brand new, exceptionally comfortable and modern toilet seat, (also bought on this site). Job done and thank heavens for these tools.

I don’t have a large garden so these are perfect for pruning my shrubs etc. easy to use, does the job and excellent value.

Bought as a cheap pair pf pliers to keep in the car ao didn't expect much in the form of quality. The outer surface is marked and the teeth dont meet well so if you want a quality pair buy something else. Cheap and cheerful they will do for what I want.
