JBtek Replacement USB Charging Cable for Fitbit Flex, Black, 0.59ft

Works perfectly to charge my Fitbit. So glad I could find this charger cord in Amazon since the one I had was old and didn’t work any longer.

exactly what I needed. love that it came with 2. good value. no issues. it doesn't charge super fast, but I think it's just because the device is old.

I picked a Fitbit up at a yardsale recently for cheap and wasn't looking to spend much on a charger, so I ordered this one. This price was good and I wouldn't be out a lot of money if the Fitbit didn't work (the previous owner was unsure if it would work). The upside is that this little charger works great! I've had it for a few months now and have had no issues with it. The ONLY (and fairly significant) issue I see with it is that it does NOT allow you to reset your Fitbit like the original manufacturer's charger does. The original charger has a tiny pinhole in which you can insert a paperclip, needle, etc to reset your Fitbit, whereas this one does not. So as long as you don't have to reset your device, this charger is great!

Easily used for charging! Not a super long cord but connects perfectly and is a great value for what you pay for it!

I lost my original charger on a trip, and was about to run out of battery so I ordered this inexpensive replacement. It arrived quickly and does the job. It doesn't charge quite as fast as the original, but it actually has a better connection. With my original charger, I had to regularly clean the connection with rubbing alcohol in order for it to deliver a charge. Once I did that, it was fully charged in under an hour. With this replacement, I no longer need to clean the connection in order for it to deliver a charge, but it does take about two hours for a full charge. I actually prefer that because I don't carry rubbing alcohol with me when I travel, go to the office, etc.

I recently lost my original FitBit charger for my Flex about 4 months ago. This caused me to lose the use of the tracker and I ended up stopping its use altogether. I had forgot about it until cleaning out my junk drawer at the house and noticed it. I ordered this charger and was able to get my tracker working again. I connect it to my Macbook Pro via USB and have not had any issues. I have also connected it via a USB charging block that is used for my iPhone as well with no issues. The FitBit Flex tracker fits nicely into the charger portion of the cable and doesn't fall out.

Wanted to check back in to warn other NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT. I've bought many things off of Amazon and have been pleased - except for this product. The company doesn't even bother to followup with disappointed customers so that speaks volumes about them and the products they distribute. Just wanted to follow up to discourage users to avoid this product. As I mentioned it broke 5 weeks after purchase or after ONLY 3 uses. Even more troubling is the fact that Jbtek monitors this site and did not even respond to fair criticism which tells you they realize they are marketing a POOR product. I'm also including a picture of the broken product. I've never posted a review before, but feel I Must in this case. I was very disappointed as 5 weeks after I purchased this product the charging portion disconnected from the base. I only used this charger 3 times and its kept with my PC, so it is not in a place where it would get damaged or even touched. Of course the return policy is only a month, so JBtek was very clever to have made sure their product lasted just long enough to clear the return window.

The product does charge my flex. I use it when my sense needs to be charged as a backup tracker. My old charger cable insulation was fraying. The flex always periodically needs to reset with a paper clip to keep syncing using the hole in the charger. This charger is missing the reset hole. Now my flex is useless until I get another charger that has the reset hole.
