Brightly colored, and durable. I’ve used for a few months, and they have held up well. i learned a few tricks like jacob’s ladder.

Purchased for a family of cousins (boys), who want to do something with me when I'm there, but sweating outside is not my thing. 😂 These were a hit! We searched string games (easy ones for for the littles) and did this for an entire afternoon. It's also a great lesson on paying attention!

When searching for recess activities with middle schoolers who thought it was fun to hit each other, I thought back to recess activities I enjoyed in 6th grade, and Cat’s Cradle was a favorite. I’m pleased to say that it also became a favorite with my students. I ended up ordering a second set because so many wanted to play. Watching “way too cool” 6th graders practice over and over again to master the different patterns was hilarious and a lot of fun. Many used yarn and embroidery thread to make their own string loops to practice and show off at home. My only negative is that the adhesive will pull apart if a student gets a little excited. I had one “break” the first day when I was separating the strings to pass out.

These are soft, don’t tangle, and are vibrant colors. However, they are so long that it’s nearly impossible to keep the necessary tension to do string games. The loops keep slipping off my fingers. My kids are completely unable to maintain tension and control.

It would have been nice to have instructions. But I bought it knowing the parents that were there would have played it when they were young so they taught their children how to do it. They all had fun.😊

This is fun, we play with these all the time. They break easily though, but we just burned the ends back together again and they are fine. For the price paid, I did not worry about that and it was easy to mend back together anyways. We should have bought a Cat’s Cradle book with the fun and challenges we are having with these but YouTube came to the rescue. Lots of fun for kids and grownup to pass time with.

I needed lots of strings for the grand kids-their homes and mine. Good price for quantity and strong. Kids love them.

Just one big tangled mess! It’s like trying to detangle Christmas lights! Advertised as individually tied. I got 2 of them untangled so far then took a break. Should only take me a few days to detangle the rest of them. The packaging and products look handmade - not commercial quality. I’d return them but my cat seems to enjoy them.
