I didn't wait at all, but it was spot on.One thing to note, I did manage to mess it up a bit when the starting temperature was different - i.e. this was lying in the kitchen drawer while the egg came straight from the fridge at around 2-3 degrees. That time the egg was a little runny... I would recommend letting the eggs get to room temperature before putting these together in the water.I haven't tried this personally - but I suspect that storing this in the fridge with the eggs might be another way of dealing with this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice item.
