I've had all kinds of experiences with umbrellas, and this one wins. I'd recently purchased (and promptly returned) a WindPro umbrella that turned into a portable birdbath after five steps in mild winds. When I received this umbrella I knew from the moment I picked it up that it was solid and strong. It took a little more effort to open than other umbrellas do, but the force required to lock it out keeps it from inverting in strong winds. I can't say I've had it in hurricane winds yet, but the storms it's weathered thus far leave me confident that it'll stand up to a gale. The blunt tips are also quite nice, since I tend to walk with the family and don't want to put any eyes out. This is a great umbrella, bot functionally and stylistically!

The best umbrella i have found. Very well constructed and sturdy. Good value for money. Closes and opens early. Size is perfect and not too heavy.

I have purchased two umbrellas from Blunt, this is hands down the best umbrellas I have bought. When I was walking to work, one of the arms on my cheap $20 umbrella had broke and I was fed up with having to purchase a new umbrella every year. I went online, did some research and read about the design and reviews from real people. I was sold, the umbrellas have held up so far and design/build quality is superb. Yes, there are much cheaper umbrellas out there but for a long-term investment, it's worth every penny.

Not the most attractive design - chunky and plasticky - but so far has proven rugged and effective.

I've been a big fan for BLUNT umbrellas for 5 years, I used to own a classic black one in a rainy city of my home country, and found it really durable that can even work in typhoon weather. It was amazing to keep it in extremely good condition for over 3 years. That's why I chose to buy another one when I moved to Atlanta.I would recommend this umbrella, even though it seems more expensive than other products, but one reliable, firm and long-lasting umbrella is much better than several worn-out broken umbrellas.

Erstaunlich, dass man so etwas einfaches wie einen Schirm tatsächlich noch verbessern kann!!!Der blunt umbrella besticht nicht nur durch sein formschönes Äußere, sondern überzeugt auf voller Breite. Genervt von Knirps-Schirmen, die sich bei etwas mehr Wind umstülpen oder die "Flügel" hängen lassen, habe ich mich für den nur geringfügig teureren blunt entschieden und spiele bereits mit dem Gedanken, mir auch den Mini zu zulegen. Der Schirm liegt sehr schön in der Hand und bleibt auch bei Orkanstärke und Starkregen stabil und ruhig. Kein lästiges Tropfen von überstehenden Streben-Enden mehr. Das Material ist ruck zuck auch wieder trocken, einmal kräftig ausschütteln reicht und man kann ihn getrost in die Ecke stellen ohne dass sich Wasserpfützen bilden.Sicherlich ist er etwas schwerer als kleine Billigschirme, lässt sich aber auch bei längeren Wanderungen ohne Ermüdungserscheinungen halten.Das Öffnen muss manuell geschehen und ist etwas stramm, dafür aber eben super-stabil.Der Schirm kommt in einer professionellen, gut schützenden Kartonage-VerpackungSo macht auch das größte Schmuddelwetter direkt Spaß!Unbedingt empfehlenswert!

This is the Kiwi's at their best, there is a problem of wind and rain in Wellington so lets redesign a traditional format that can cope. This Blunt umbrella is as good as it gets, I'll be using it tonight it is windy and raining, hopefully no Mary Poppins moments for me:-)

Ich wollte einen sehr guten Regenschirm, damit ich nicht alle 3-5 Jahre einen Neuen kaufen muss. Weil man da immer so um die 20 € gibt in der Hoffnung, das er gut ist. Und er sollte auch recht Windfest und stabil sein.Dieser hier, ist der beste Regenschirm, den ich jemals hatte. Und ich möchte in Zukunft nie wieder einen anderen. Er kostet zwar etwas, aber er ist jeden Cent wert! Sieht super schön aus. Ist super groß, genügend für 2 Pers. sogar. Und er sieht wirklich anders aus, als alle anderen! Einfach auffallend und schön! Sehr robust. Sehr Gute Qualität. Sehr gute Verarbeitung. Sehr gut zum Festhalten. Einfach fabelhaft! ChatGPT hat ihn mir vorgeschlagen als einen der Besten, und siehe da, Tatsache! Danke Blunt, der keinen Schrott verkauft wie alle anderen.
