It brings to light all the "tough" issues most people don't want to face, but if you DON'T face them, your business ultimately suffers. Every single page has underlining on it now, a very very good book if you care about business and making yours better. This book now resides higher than Drucker books, simply because it is not theory only. Review: Explain in detail what is the steps that you need to take to be more execution oriented - I didn't know about this book until my boss recommend it. After read half of this book already I think it is very good and gives some insights very interesting on how to deal with activities and get them out of paper on daily basis.
