These Title folks and this item doesn't deserve a single star. I ordered this timer because it looked the coolest and you can control the programming from the unit and a remote control, and I like options. I was so excited to hang it on the wall in my gym. I removed the metal table stand which was easy to do. I then tried with my fingers to pop out the plastic at the designated wall hanging holes, but it was not possible to remove them with my fingers. Not wanting to damage the unit, I carefully unscrewed the back plate with a hand screwdriver so that I could safely remove the holes without damaging the unit inside. Doing so revealed that the plastic holes were completely attached on the back side, that only an outline of them was present on one side of the back plate. I removed them separately from the unit..having to use my drill to drill them out with the backplate over my open garbage can, and then carefully, I put the back plate back on the unit using a hand screwdriver. I was a bit annoyed that this was so difficult. I then began to measure for where to install my wall anchors and decided to plug in the unit first. So I did, pressed the On button....AND......NOTHING HAPPENED. I checked my outlet. I tried a different outlet. SAME THING. UNIT WAS DOA. Since this item IS NOT FULFILLED BY AMAZON, you have to work with the customer service team at Title. It has been an ODYSSEY OF FRUSTRATION as first they wanted a video to prove their crappy product did not work. I sent the video as an attachment. Then, I get an email back saying that they couldn't open the link and could I send an attachment. Huh??? So I went directly to their website, contacted their customer service through their Chat program since they cannot figure out how to transfer phone calls to their homes during Covid. I received the direct email for the customer service person, so I emailed her and even went to the extra trouble to send her the PROOF VIDEO via a document sharing site. I was then told to contact Amazon about my prepaid return label, as I was not going to pay to return their defective item back to them...ESPECIALLY SINCE I PAID FOR THEM TO SHIP IT TO ME IN THE FIRST PLACE. Having experience with Amazon and knowing that Amazon did not fulfill the order and therefore the company should be the one to offer the return shipping label, I played along. Amazon laughed when I called and on my behalf informed Title that they needed to provide the label. They also did inform me that their Guarantee will cover me if Title does not respond. I then received a message that a USPS label would arrive to me within 5-7 days and that I should then take the timer with the USPS label to a UPS STORE to ship it. Wait, WHAAAAT??? I wrote the company back about their awful incompetence, and was told that it was UPS sticker being SNAIL MAILED to me, that they could not send it to me in any other way, and that it might take a week to get that label in the mail. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. This is a cheaply-made product that costs a fortune for what it is -- the remote control looks like something from the 1980s..large and clunky. I am confident that there are far better units out there with better policies and a cheaper price. I feel like a fool for falling for their option of dual control, and I will NEVER BUY ANOTHER TITLE ITEM EVER AFTER HOW DIFFICULT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN. ** And here we are over one month later after my original purchase. I waited 10 days for their snail mail UPS label to arrive via USPS. I returned the unit. They are now honoring a return, but so far, they have not refunded the original shipping cost -- FOR THE DEFECTIVE UNIT THEY SENT OUT THEIR DOOR. WOW. Some companies definitely try to shirk any or as much responsibility as possible for their products, and this one certainly does seem to fit that category. Very Sad. Do not buy from Title.

This product I used it when I owned a gym and now I use it for my Home Gym. This timer is easy to work. It is bright and it is loud so you can hear when to start exercising and when to stop. I highly recommend this Timer.

I have been using a GymBoss for timing my workouts. If I want to switch between different intervals, I have to constantly reset the GymBoss. With the TITLE timer that isn't the case. My workouts run smoother and I have lots of interval options. LOVE IT!

Very high quality timer. Took considerable time to learn options and settings. Purchased for use with CrossFit program. Does not incorporate a count-down option for starting a workout (3-2-1 go!), so that sucks. Almost an infinite number of countdown or count-up combination's, but doesn't tone on end of workout unless you set it for more than one cycle, and that is annoying (esp. for CrossFit workouts). Also cannot mix timer sets with up and down, it is either set for up or down. I would look at one of the other timers if you are purchasing for use with CrossFit, mostly because of no countdown (at start of workout), and no tone at end of workout unless multiple cycles selected, and no mix of count-up and count-down.

This is the best timer on the marketplace by far, yes it’s a bit expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s not difficult at all to set up as l see people leave feedback, all you need to actually do if you really have a problem is go online and watch a U tube video some people have made.
