This stuff is delicious
Best pancake recipe ever on the back of the package using this stuff. Way better than anything with gluten.

Pay a little more but it works as expected
This is pricey as most specialty items but it did not disappoint. I made brownies and I was very impressed with how it came out. There is no weird taste nor a texture inconsistent with brownies. I can't wait to try another recipe.

I only wish it came in a bigger bag!
When changing my diet for autoimmune reasons, I was so sad to give up bread products. We’ve made both pizza crust and pancakes according to the recipes on the back of the bag. I actually like the flavor of these pancakes better than the traditional pancakes I’m making for the rest of the family! The recipes are super easy to follow. The only complaint I have about it is that the zipper top doesn’t always close and I wish it came in a bigger bag!
