Not sure what to make of these at the moment, going to start using them again, started twice a day.they made my poo like six times a day. Even when I did not want to go.so went to once a day,I think taking them late afternoon would be best. Don't travel to far from a toilet until you get used to them. Do they work. All I can tell you. I was struggling with my energy levels at work,they seem to be making me stronger. May be my digestion is much better now. I am going to take them for a full month, to see the full benefits.
