This is a great too for carpenters. Especially if you work on doors. Very helpful with getting drive pins out of door frames,and getting the pins out of track for metal studs. Incredibly hard and durable. Much better than anything you'll get at Walmart. Not super sharp out of the package, but easily sharpened. Also if necessary makes a great door stop.

I have a much larger construction prybar that I've had for years. It's good for heavy duty jobs like prying old countertops off their cabinets, disassembling wooden pallets, etc. But it's too big and robust for more delicate work on smaller nails or tighter tolerances. I recently tried my hand at some trim carpentry—replacing baseboards and door casings and such—and I needed a new tool that was both thin and strong. This item met those needs fully. I could pull existing baseboards and chair rails without undue wall damage, pop off stubborn outlet covers, etc. I still use the big one for things that require more heft and leverage. Hammering and prying big 16 ga nails after removing the rails from the wall, for example. But this little guy has a place in my woodworking and home projects tool cabinet for sure.
