It's the perfect ledge for a few plants or even a photo frame! The only thing I would change is the hooks, but they're going to get covered with jackets and scarves anyways.

It's an attractive shelf and the design fit my space nicely. I am not sure it will stand up to abuse, so I will try not to damage it. The shiny metallic-looking hooks are made of plastic, which I discovered when one of them broke.
