This extra large silicone mat is good for rolling out pastry (it is all I have used it for). I didn't really concentrate on the sizing and was surprised how big it is and it just about fits my kitchen surface so that it good. It is advertised as a baking mat but I can't say how well it does as it is too big to fit in the oven.

Just what I needed
A very useful addition to my kitchen worktop, it’s easy to clean and store away. I bought a plastic dough cutter to use on it so it can last longer, even though I have the stainless one. overall, it is a good purchase and I like the quality of it too.

Die Matte ist flexibel, aber trotzdem rutschfest und kann hohen Temperaturen im Ofen problemlos standhalten. Auch nach mehrmaligem Gebrauch bleibt sie formstabil und verfärbt sich nicht.
