I have had low back and leg pain for years. My spine was continuously shifting in and out of place and chiropractic work couldn't always help me. After reading this book, I figured out my posture problems and learned how to adjust my working and resting positions. With very little time and effort, and much less exercise repetition than suggested, I have eliminated my discomfort and stabilized my structure in a lasting way. Finally, relief!

Very good book. Many of these exercises I do in physical therapy. They work well. The key is consistency. With this type of medical condition you have to realize there is no magical trick to healing. It takes time, and again, consistency.

I've been using this booklet as rehab for painful spine and pelvis problems. I did all of the exercises in physical therapy in a beginner sort of way. This is a great way to learn the progressions when the beginner exercises aren't enough.
