Unless there are trace calories, there will also be 0 calories in one tablespoon. However, it has 80 mg of sodium per 1/4 tsp. As there are 3 teaspoons in a tablespoon, that means 12 x 80, or 960 mg of sodium. If you're controlling the sodium in your diet, that would be a lot.
