I have learned so much in a short time I look forward to the learning and loving the rest of my life. The thumb indexing is a huge help. The leather cover and binding are of great quality. As others of have mentioned the words of the Lord are not written in red. That would be the thing that is missing. The colored detailed maps and drawing and sketches are done really well. I love this Bible. It is a big book so it does weigh a lot. The desertcart Basics Large Carrying Case for GoPro works great as a book case. This is big enough for the 2.5 inch spine of the bible. A huge multitude of additional study guide materials including charts, maps, footnotes. It also has a lot of introductory material to each chapter such as the expected dates of the writings and background info. The additional study guide material was written by a large team of theologians and Bible scholars so it has more thorough checks and is not just one individuals explanation or take on certain topics.
