Great! So very glad spent the money I haven't had to use Tylenol so much nor a narcotic for pain later in day after a good workout...or worry about sleep interruptions due to body aches. More easy on stomach too.

I have always been a big believer in post workout rituals. Stretching and hydration as well. Recently I have been trying to enhance my post workouts with more than just a protein shake. I found this supplement to be a good fit so far. It doesn't turn my stomach and once I'm cooled down I feel less exhausted than when I was taking the protein shake. I felt a little less sore as well. Overall a good post workout supplement that is easy on the stomach.
