These store away easily and don't take up much space. Can fit electric or an acoustic guitar and safely holds the guitar in place. Great product.

I bought two of these when they were on sale because, for the price, I didn't think you could go wrong. The stand folds up small enough that I can fit it in the front pocket of my bass gig bag (Protec Contego). I carry one with me wherever I go. So far, so good.

Background:I have a lot of guitar stands and didn't need another, but when my bandmate pulled this guy out of a small duffle bag I knew I had to have it. I'm a big fan of minimalism, so when I can bring my whole setup to a coffee house in a guitar case and a duffle bag I'm a happy man.The Stand:This stand does not sacrifice any sturdiness or security for its size. The angled arms provide contoured grip for acoustic and electric guitars. The angle at which it holds your instrument keeps the center of gravity in the best possible place. My tall bass guitar is probably the most stand-unfriendly instrument I've seen, but it feels completely secure in this stand.The makers of this stand definitely paid attention to details. The pick slots at the top of the center rod are a great touch. Only a real musician would have thought of that. I'm convinced this is in fact the ultimate guitar stand.

Sent it back as it was not sturdy enough for my acoustic. I'm sure it would work better for a heavier, thinner, electric guitar.

Works great. Easy to set up. Have my electric bass on it. Like anything else, just be careful you don't trip over it. Construction material appears to be solid and good material.

I spent a good amount of time looking up guitar stands on Amazon and couldn't really find anything I liked until I saw this. Everything else either looked extremely cheap and flimsy or cost way more than my needs justified paying. I am extremely impressed with the build quality and clean design for the $15 I paid for it and the usability features are a nice bonus. The tubing is of larger diameter and heavier gauge than other stands I've seen at this price range and the plastic seems to be a good quality polymer.I can't really comment on how well this will hold up on the road as I just use it at home to rest my guitar on when it's time to grab another beer, but for that it works perfectly.

This little stand is a great piece of gear. It's solid when setup but extremely compact when folded. I now own two of them. The first one was given to me as a gift, and I knew right away which stand to buy when I decided I wanted another one. It holds acoustics and electrics very well. I don't have a fear of my guitars falling over even though it doesn't have a tall neck.Buy it and you'll see what I mean.
