Installation was a snap. However, I did not use the silicone and tape that were sent with the unit. I rent and did not want to have that to deal with when I move so I used Command strips. They worked perfectly, I used the 6 lbs. strip, about 6-8 of them, just to be sure that the dispenser wasn't going to fall off the wall. So far, all is good. I am not sure why other people had such issues with priming the bottles. It took a few pumps but they all work fine. And I have not had a problem with anything coming out, the last bottle has lotion in it and it comes out fine.
