### ⭐⭐ Promised so much, yet delivers so little

The psp version of this game does not compare to other platforms. The car handling is dodgy, leaving the car is skidding around constantly for no reason, and without the rewarding ability to power slide the car. The AI of the other drivers is poor as well making it quite easy to win races. The amount of tracks is very limited and gameplan becomes very repetitive. Challenge mode offers a slight diversion away from the career mode, but can be completed fairly quickly.

If not, it should be. The PSPs screen and the graphic quality of the game make this an exciting game. In our house, we have to have two copies of most games simply to keep down the squabbling between father and son, and this game inspires its share of arguments and competetive wrangling.I'm no expert on rally games, but I get to write the reviews, so you'll have to accept that I am looking from the outside at two very happy game players who say this game is 'brilliant'. That's good enough for me.

Brilliant as ever the Colin McRae series. I lose every time playing CMR2 no matter what car! He is brilliant at drifting, power sliding using either the control pad or steering wheel and he is ONLY seven! Will be a great driver in 10 years ... better get saving now.
