It's easy to operate and makes my morning coffee quickly. There is a flaw however. The brewed coffee is not even close to hot enough. If I drank my coffee black it would still need to be hotter, but adding a little cream and it's tepid at best. I've resolved the problem by starting with very warm water to brew my coffee. Why don't I return it? My time is worth money too and my solution works for me.
