Derived from Mother Nature, these amazing hot, cold therapy bags are filled with all natural cherry pits. Specially cleaned and dried, no added chemicals. Machine wash and, just toss the whole bag in the washer and dryer. They will last for decades as the pits never break down but improve with age. The outer bag comes in a selection of colors and patterns, different on both sides of the bag. They are 100% soft cotton, quality heirloom fabric. A muslin liner encases the cherry pits protecting the outer fabric and insulating the pits. Resulting in the heat, cold lasting longer and producing a deep moist heat. My product comes to you in a clear, sturdy re-usable bag for future storage, tied with Raffia. The packaging acts as a gift wrap. Included is a pretty, detailed instruction card with all my contact information. CHERRY PITS have the unique ability to retain and slowly release moist heat or stay cold for approximately 40 minutes, after heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. The recommended time that Physical Therapists; Chiropractors; Trainers Orthopedics and Physicians prescribe. Pits have a natural oil lining the inside of the seed, that heats up. When moved around (they conform to your body) the friction between the pits will release more heat or cold as it's stored inside the hollow shell. There are 2 pounds of cherry pits in each bag. Nice design on the fabric and very generous on the cherry pits. Thanks! Review: Didn't stay cold long enough - I found that the Cherry Pit Therapy Pack didn't stay cold very long. I also found the pits to be a bit uncomfortable but not too bad. I haven't tried using it warm yet.
