Is this the circle cutting kit that runs up to 22 inches?

I have used mine to cut 22 3/4 circles, That's the largest I could do with it. Works good.

will this fit the Hypertherm 65

Not sure as i have the Hypertherm 45.

Will this fit a Thermal Dynamics cutmaster torch?

Not sure if it will fit the Thermal Dynamic cutmaster torch. If you would like to send the outside dimension of the cup I can see if it if will fit inside the attachment.
