This was my first time taking Choline. I read that it could be beneficial for the liver while following a ketogenic diet. As with a lot of supplements, it is hard to tell if they are working if you are taking them for overall good health. I haven't noticed any major changes and I really didn't expect to. Like every other Nature's Way supplements I have taken, this one is great quality. The packaging is great. It has a far-off expiry date, of over 2 years away. The pills are a little on the large side, but are coated and I find them easy to swallow. For those who are following a keto/low carb diet, this supplement contains 1g of carbohydrates per serving size of 1 tablet.

Love this stuff! I read an article that said it is good to take for a healthy baby so I am taking it with my prenatal vitamins. I remember stuff a lot verge than before I started taking it. That is a happy effect I think. I just take one a day and it is great! The ill size is a little large. I did want to mention this. Just take it with a BIG glass of water and you will be fine. It arrived quickly in the mail!
