No. There are better products that are intended for roofs.

What comes with this "mini kit"

the quantities are as listed in their blurb; there is a 6" wide roll of mesh that reinforces the waterproofing "tar" and an application brush for applying the waterproofing, that is basically what I remember the product performed well and have had no callbacks for 5 years on 2 different projects.
