I tried and they don't pay. I purchased this for a trumpet about two years ago. The trumpet was damaged before the 2 years expired. It has taken at least a month to get any help and the process going to fulfill the warranty that I paid for. I am not happy with this company. My son has been waiting a month to get this resolved. We send info and wait. I have to also resend info to get a response. Am hoping that Smart Guard will fulfill the terms of their agreement but for now it has been a hassle.
