Review: Awesome! Inspires you to get active! - I needed some encouragement to be more active. The Fibit Zip allowed me to tangibly see how inactive I had become. I soon realized I was only walking about 1,200-2,500 steps a day. In my mind, I was moderately active as I spent a good portion of my day on my feet cooking and cleaning, so this was quite a shocking revelation. It turns out, my day consists of a lot of standing, so while I may not be lounging all day, I'm certainly not expending a ton of energy. Here are some of the lifestyle changes it inspired: -I now park my car in the outmost part of the parking lot -I pace around my house in 10 minute spurts to get another 1,000 steps -I get up and walk in place during commercial breaks -I walk around different grocery stores comparing prices (getting steps in and saving $$) -I go on nightly walks and dont stop until I hit 10,000 -I'm much more motivated to clean knowing I'm getting valuable steps in It has become a personal challenge to find ways to sneak extra steps in. I am so pleased with the purchase for the awareness it has provided me. Highly recommend!

### ⭐ Battery life is incorrect

The Fitbit Zip uses a CR2025 coin cell battery that lasts approximately 5 months. It's non-rechargeable and replaceable—.... This is totally wrong!! I purchased this fit bit expecting a battery to last up to 5 months and as of today , I just put in my 4th battery since purchase which was 3/19/2026. Had I know a battery would only last maybe 3 weeks I would not have purchased this particular fit bit. I think you need to fix your comment about battery length so people can make a better choice. I love the fit bit but hate the expense of changing batteries every 2.5 weeks. it is very frustrating and expensive. Did I get a defective one. I don't know?? I would not recommend this to anyone.
