I hate how when you buy a yoga mat it’s thin and you can still feel the ground or the floor through it and it’s hard and there’s no cushion and it causes pain and all of the different movements . Not on this thing! I can take it anywhere outside as long as the ground is flat and have an amazing yoga session. I’m never sore, it hasn’t cracked her bent, and it’s so comfortable that no matter what yoga position you’re doing it has just enough cushion and give to really support you. I would recommend this to anybody who does yoga on a regular basis. Seriously, when I say it will change your entire yoga routine. I mean it. Well worth the investment, even though it was a little pricey. The worst thing about it is how big it is to store it.
