I have been using this cup every day, bringing hot coffee to work and sometimes a nice iced coffee on the hot days, to keep me going throughout the day. The rivers cup does well not to leak however, the cup seems to lack heat retention for a lengthy duration. I found that I’d get 1-1.5 hrs of heat retention even with the double walls. That being said, it has been ok because it doesn’t hold a lot of liquid, despite the large size as the inner cup is quite narrow. I also bought the 350ml version which doesn't have double walls and is smaller but holds roughly the same amount of liquid. The design is great and when combined with a heat grip (for aesthetics) the overall look and feel is perfect for me. I like the fact you can pop this cup in the dishwasher for hassle-free cleaning.
