These are great for taking before a meal you know is hard to digest. These have been helpful for my IBS especially when traveling and having to eat meals that you are unaware of all of the ingredients.

Help with my digestion
I have been taking these for several months now after a flare-up of SIBO. They are indispensable! Recommend taking them with your meal rather than before or after.

Eases digestion
When digestion slows as you age, this enzyme eases the digestion process. It works better for me after a meal than before. When I took it before my meal, it burned my stomach. I will order it again.

Expired 5 months ago
Received the bottle today (December 13, 2024) and it had a sticker over the expiration date. I peeled it off at and it says it expired July 2024. Should have listened to the reviews. If you can get this product from a chiropractor or doctor- it's a WONDERFUL supplement. Just don't order here.
