Product description Wayfarer Meals provide high quality trail food that can be eaten hot or cold and is easy to prepare for breakfast at your camp or during a mid-day break. The food can be heated by boiling in the bag for 8 to 10 minutes or popping straight into a pan. Ingredients Sauce: Haricot beans (≈35%) Water Mushroom (≈10%) Tomato paste (≈8%) Smoked bacon with added water (≈7.5%) Maize starch Sugar Yeast extract Salt Ground smoked paprika Onion powder Garlic powder Ground black pepper Colour (paprika extract) Fresh Air Junkie Pork Sausages (in beef collagen casing): Pork (≈85%) Water Pea flour Sea salt Herbs (sage, parsley) Spices (coriander, black pepper) Emulsifier (sodium tripolyphosphate) Rapeseed oil Antioxidant (ascorbic acid) Fresh Air Junkie Allergen Information Contains beans and pork. Review: Excellent quality - I love this breakfast pack. Whilst it's hard to achieve table breakfast quality this is as good as I imagine it could get. Of course, if you try it in your kitchen you might feel it's not quite that great but wake up famished in a tent and it's fantastic. It is not dried food, so does not require adding water. The positive is that flavour is very good, the negative is that it naturally weights more. Portion size is on the small size for me but you cannot have everything. It would weigh even more if it was bigger. For backpacking it's great and I'm keeping a nutrition bar with me to complement any breakfast if I feel I need more. I also love these packs because I don't like cleaning dishes. Here, I just boil water, put the bag in that water and eat from the bag. Then responsibly dispose of the bag with no cleaning needed. Of course, it also saves water as you don't need to do washing up. Weight is the only issue if you travel light but you are in effect carrying water as you don't need to add it like you do with dried food packs.

I love this breakfast pack. Whilst it's hard to achieve table breakfast quality this is as good as I imagine it could get.
