I honestly bought it because I was having extreme nightmares every night for like a week someone said my serotonin might be low so I bought came in one day and it automatically fixed everything. I continue to use it and honestly it approved my sleep. I sleep through the whole night and seems to feel like a very deep sleep. My only dislike is it makes me feel very groggy when I wakeup
